I am addicted to sugar, most of us are without knowing it. I get sugar craves when I haven't consumed too much in long periods of time and I can't sleep craving for a cookie or a soda. So for me right now is only about cutting it down increasingly.

Oh, the number 1 beauty advice from doctors and my fave: Stay away from the sun!!!!!! You should get at maximum 15-20 minutes of sunlight exposure (well this depends on your skintone of course). Wear sunscreen everyday and during summer avoid the heat during critical hours. That will save your skin from wrinkles and spots and ultimately from skin cancer.
