If this is the opening to the tour, I could see the strings being more prominent in the performance like in this remix, but otherwise it's ****ing awful.
The levels.... So bad
I was referring more so to the instruments you can hear on the track + the production around Jay-Z's verse. It sounds so great ugh. The song as a whole is meh though.
He said she did pretty much the whole song by himself and there elements he wanted to add so he made this one instead as a gift. Frankly that long note doesn't fit well in the song and Bey was okay to delete it, the song seems a bit busy too. The JayZ's part here seems a little better to me though, I'm probably the only one.
Still waiting for Diplo's remix. I hope it'll slay.
By the way, I can't stress that enough but this song is in her top 3 best lead singles ever along with CIL and DV.
