ooh. If it's straight up flax seed, just ground them and them drop them in a smoothie/shake/milk and drink it. Or sprinkle on top of cereal.
If it's already ground, make sure it says cold-milled because not-cold-milled flax seed could be dangerous and possibly carcinogenic.
flax seed oil is awesome though. lots of lignans and natural omega threes delivered immediately to your body, as opposed to having to be digested in powdered form. I literally woke up the next day (after my first time) with my skin feeling like a baby's butt.
I'll try the sesame oil approach

but that stuff has always made me gag when its too liberal in food
