A lot of people use the drag "AT LEAST MY FAV HAS GRAMMYS!!! STAY PRESSED, SIS, WHILE MY FAV TUGS ALL DA WEAVEZ!" But in reality, do the Grammys matter? A lot of critically acclaimed artists/albums don't have any or many Grammys. What do you think?
Not really. I think artists only care more about single, album and tour sales. You have a grammy but you ain't selling well so its useless. Grammy can't feed you. But its good if you have both.

This... having many fans and selling out arenas getting $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ is more important for them tbh

But in some cases winning a Grammy can lead to wider name recognition. For example, the year Esperanza Spalding beat Justin Bieber and she got a ton of media attention/her sales spiked after that.
Yes but it's not a big deal if someone doesn't have one. All of Bjork's albums are critically acclaimed and she's been nominated for 13 Grammys and she FINALLY won one in 2013 for Best Recording Package. Her music is deserving of it but she's just too "out there" for the Grammy committee in my opinion. They matter but it's not the end of the world if they never win. Many legends don't have any.
