He is assuming that identical twins have the exact same genetic makeup and is questioning how one identical twin may be straight and the other gay if they have the same experiences and environments. So basically, we may have to say that identical twins are not actually identical if environment plays absolutely no role at all. Also, I personally thinks it's unfair to assume that two twins experience the exact same 'environmental' factors, despite living in the same household.
