Hey, if it's a BORING day anywhere on this planet, that's actually GOOD news. There was one year when we woke up every morning with some new and deadly disaster unfolding somewhere in the world and that was an awful year. Sometimes I didn't know if it was safe to go to bed; what would we wake up to in the morning? Now, when I get up and learn that NOTHING HAPPENED, I am sooo grateful. Taylor Swift got a haircut? Oh, thank GOD, that's all we have to worry about.
