How is Madonna in the running for "most campy pop girl" at all? 90% of her discography after True Blue is rather
dour and humorless*, devoid of anything that could be considered tongue-in-cheek or campy. Her early hits are obviously campy, but that ship sailed pretty quickly with ha... didn't it?
*-not necessarily a bad thing; i love Madge ha serious side.
