Equality for sure!

Health issues - HIV, AIDS, cancer, diabetes
Social issues - civil and equality rights, world hunger and homelessness, student loans and debt
Political issues - corruption, economic imbalance of power, international violence
Environmental issues - climate change, energy efficiency, deforestation and habitat destruction, endangered species

I would say how education is no longer something (im referring to going to uni) that will majorly put you a head in life, but it's the norm now.

The Theory of Evolution being taught in public schools, when clearly it is inaccurate.

Definitely overpopulation in the World. Many other problems just come from it.

Overpopulation and Waste Management/Trash/Landfills

The widespread apathy to real government corruption and the suffering of innocent civilians. The way Syria's crisis was largely ignored is disgusting.

Eventually Rihanna will stop doing albums.

Can only speak for the US: Government corruption is probably the root of all our problems. The public being misinformed/fed opinions by the media isn't helping matters either. Actually, ignorance in general would cover that second point well.
