Not anytime soon. I think the only chance it has at a #1 is if it gets another performance (with Xtina) or a huge viral video or an Idol/Voice contestant performs it and pushes it over the top. It's possible, but a long shot. But this song will be huge without being #1. This will be "Beautiful" level big, which peaked at #2.
