Two Portuguese cities on the list but Lisbon got snubbed? I enjoyed it very much.

Lisbon made the 2nd place last year, Porto has been snatching its wig lately in every major publication and everyone usually prefers Porto

It used to be my dream city to visit when I was younger, I've been there twice now and the disappointment was big, I'ts still nice and I'd still live there tho, I just don't get the hype

Also, I'm not surprised at Porto, it's known for it's beautiful nature and region. I would've been surprised if Lisbon had been more popular... I can't at Milan being above Rome though, Milan is great, Rome still a bit better
