Seriously? That's like telling people they can't have a favourite Harry Potter book or a favourite Lord of the Rings book

Yeah they're a trilogy and they all lead up to one final climactic point but at the end of the day they were still released as 3 separate books with 3 different plots and are designed to be consumed that way.
2 > 1 > 3 though they're all great.
