Roar....yes.

Dh had the urban impact though( which is why in the case of Gaga DWUW will probably be more remembered than Applause.) Urban impact= longevity .

Beyoncé has outsold all of them with NO promo and her tour grossed $188 million, she owned 2013 and is shaping up to own 2014 as well. Katy is 2nd and Lorde is a close 3rd.

The culture inpact of Katy is visible as a whole, we could say with her singles success she is a queen of pop radio, similar to Rihanna.

Beyonce as an artist is not someone who expand boundaries much but as a perfect performer, adored by many peers, similar to Tina in opposite to Madonna (Madonna is als praised by her pears but even moreso for trying to bring always somehing new on the plate).

Lorde is pretty much unique, a trailblazer and someone we will always discussed about her performance style musicstyle or lyrics, similar to Kate Bush in England or Patti Smith in the US.

And all three are doing quite good in the age of Adele
