I need some new Carrie music. It is interesting to see that she now follows "The Lone Bellow". They have a sound like The Civil Wars. I really hope she switches up her sound and tries new things

I doubt she will get pregnant until Mike retires. He has 1 year left on his contract and he stated in a interview that he will be considering retirement if his body can't handle it anymore

I suspect this too. In that case if he does retire then he can travel with her as she continues her career and if they do have a child then after she has some time off obviously she will have someone to watch after the kid on the tour bus or wherever while shes on stage or doing something career related.

It's actually pretty smart so she doesn't have to spend a lot of time out of the spotlight or in the industry.

Then again, Carrie said in a interview she would love to have kids when they are BOTH settled down, but she said it will probably be one of those situations where they just have to squeeze it in because she wants a long career.

I really am going to need another Blown Away sized bop from her on this new album. Her already being back in the studio and writing already has me excited. The fact alone that when Carrie gets first writers credit (meaning she wrote majority of the song) we end up getting songs like Wine After Whiskey in which is one of my all time favorites.
