I was just on a forum talking about I Love Lucy or all things , and someone commented saying how no real man would ever watch I Love Lucy. This got me thinking about what the general consensus is of a 'real man' is.. What does it take to be one? Who is one to you/others?

Yes there is. A real man is someone who takes care of his responsibilities cares for his loved ones and supports his family.

it has nothing to do with your personal likes/dislikes, what you watch, listen to etc.

that is the farthest thing from the truth. Boys have d***s too. there are a lot of little boys running around who think they are real men but aren't.

The "real man" business is so sexist and belittling. An actual real man is just a grown, male adult. Someone more mature and responsible than a male child. Any other suggested traits are just socially imposed sexism.
