It wasn't anonymous. He said her name clearly in the interview and shaded her further.
Plus it's total lies. Alex has been in the States recording her US debut album for almost a year now, so there's no way this could have been a recent encounter, it's obviously some fabricated story to sell his dibby single or whatever it's called. A shame he picked the wrong target.

She's not desperate at all when she's signed to Kevin Liles Management (the guy who discovered Kanye, Jay-Z, Estelle, Trey and made them famous), with a new US label and working with the same producers as Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Drake, Mariah, Usher etc. I highly doubt she'd be running after DJ Fresh.
All I'll say is, the fact that he didn't even name her specifically yet she still knew it was about her and replied directly is telling that DJ Fresh is probably telling the truth here.
