Its obvious she wants to continue to learn how to direct so she can do other projects in the future. At this point in her career she's probably bored of just writing for the label. There is nothing wrong with being ambitious.

She shouldn't be directing such a massive project because her craft is not good.
MTN is the best directed MV of her career, the 13+ minutes destroyed its views on youtube because people want to hear the music over and over again and the video prevents it from being that go to video.
If she keeps G.U.Y. at 4 minutes, I don't see how it wont do 100m+ like applause.
