I had jaw reconstructive surgery which is plastic surgery to some... but I don't consider it plastic surgery at all and most doctors don't. My bottom teeth went over my top teeth severely. Up until I was 17, I NEVER smiled with my teeth because I was so self conscious.
Before the surgery, it was funny. The lady at the front desk at the surgery center said "Ok, that will be $100,000. Do you have your insurance card?" She scanned the insurance card and it came out to be $15. I'll post before and after pics in a second.

My jaw was completely reconstructed. They brought my lower back back and my upper jaw forward.
That said, I already had a HUGE surgery, so I really don't want to have anymore.
