You can't use that as an excuse. People with Astigmatism actually can focus better in non-realistic environments.
Hence why people with it often see better relief with contact lenses, than people with glasses.
Glasses only aid to correct your vision through what you see in the glasses, whereas contacts change your entire sight when worn.
More importantly, the brain is used to seeing things in normal 3D. Just because a screen is flat doesn't mean what you see on the screen isn't already 3D.
3D is actually forcing your brain to cope with images that are surreal and cause headaches because your brain can't or struggles to process what it's seeing.
