Seriously ya'll.. this really isn't that impressive. People didn't take the time to sit down and give her a rating, so they watched bits and pieces of the performance online the next day. MTV Unplugged is nothing compared to what it was in the 90s when huge, truly iconic artists like Mariah and Nirvana did shows / released live EPs that became distinguished and reputable parts of their discographies. The 61% sale increase (based on those ratings) tells me that the wasn't really doing THAT well prior to the performance, but again, congratulations to her internet based award, I suppose!
