Honestly I don't think HR knew how to promote her...during a time urban demo thought she was too "pop" and "disney" while that imagine worked for Hilary to an extent
Sometimes I wish TSR would've flopped and they went ahead with THE CHEETAH GIRLS series....than raven would have been the first HANNAH MONTANA of her era
