YES omg I use a Mega Defensive one with NO Attack Investment in EVs. 252 HP/128 Def/128 SDef Careful Nature. It slays a bit. That base 185 attack helps s0 much. It's a tank.

You can trade it normally. Event Pokémon just can't be traded through the GTS.
