I need help regarding a potential stalker
Hi.
I didn't know who else to talk to, so I thought I'd ask for your opinions. Please don't be harsh and don't judge.
On NY I went on this gay dating site and I met this guy who is 35 years old and we sexted a bit and he asked for my number. I was dumb enough to give it to him and then when we talked his voice sounded so creepy, so when we hung up I blocked him on my phone.
That was January. 4 days ago he called me from another number and I was dumb enough again to pick up and when I heard him I started shaking. I made up a fake story about having something personal and that it wasn't his fault and then being the b***h that I am 2 days ago I called him and told him a bigger lie which he probably believed too. Anyway I told him I'd go back to my town for a few days and he asked where I was from and I gave false information.
I'm so scared and afraid, seriously. I mean I haven't met him ever, I've only seen his photo and he's seen MINE and his voice sounds creepy and I'm scared. My friend told me never to contact him again and change my number, but what if this pisses him off and starts looking for me? My friend told me I'm being silly, but what if he asks around and someone tells him where I live and goes after me? You don't know how crazy someone might be. I go to uni in a different town. I can't tell my parents because I'm not out. This might all be in my mind but I've been losing my sleep 2 days now, it's the only thing I think about. Everytime I leave my flat I check to see if someone's watching me or if I'm being followed.
Please tell me what to do. I'm gonna change my number tomorrow but I'm so afraid and I can't even move out. I still have 2 years of uni left.

Lol you'll be alright. Just stop answering his future calls so he gets the point that you don't want to talk to him anymore. If he keeps doing the same thing then change your number.

Ι don't know. I'm afraid changing my number might make him realise I lied and he might get pissed off and look for me and beat me. I'm so scared literally

Don't do that it will lead him on and pee him off further. Continue to ignore his calls, have friends around you as much as possible and if all else fails call the cops.

If you honestly feel that you're in danger and you believe he is near or is looking for you, call the cops, but I think the best thing you can do is ignore him. Don't pick up whenever he calls and don't call him. I would consider changing your phone number; if he really is a stalker, he could probably figure out where your area code is from. It's good that you're worried, though, because that means that you're cautious and you'll be more careful next time. I don't think you're in any real danger, but it's a good thing you're very cautious and concerned about it anyways. You never know, though. Good luck, I wish you the best!

If you think he's dangerous, tell the cops. But if you think he's just too eager & won't leave you alone, ignore every call & text he gives you. Hope you're okay

Call da popo's if he's really being dangerous.
Or just ignore him, he'll take the hint.

If you feel you're in danger, then call the cops like everyone else said. Anyone on the internet can be dangerous, but he might just be really thirsty tbh. Just ignore his calls and texts, don't contact him and i'm sure he'll move on. Lesson learned, just be a bit more careful next time, I'm sure most people have had a similar experience at some point. Don't feel bad about it .

If he escalates file a report. They wont be able to do anything unless he tries to physically harm you though or unless you keep a record of his calls. Then they will allow you to file a personal protection order if need be. But Seriously protect yourself and stand your ground. Don't answer calls and move on.

You seem more afraid cause you led him on in the worst way, then got dissapointed when you realised he aint your type and now you feel guilty. Just be honest to him as you were before when you though he was Liam Hemsworth
Dont be a jerk, just be real. When he does something freaky, then you can take the necessary steps to lock him down, as of now he aint a stalker and your accusing him wrongly based on a voice.

Blogs teas.
You'll be fine. Just tell him you're not interested. Take legal action if things escalate, but for the most part, people will back off if you tell them to, as long as you're not an asshole about it.
Don't lie next time. If you're not interested, just tell 'em. Tbh it seems to be the main reason why you seem to be in this situation.

Uhm, he doesn't sound like a stalker, I mean he has asked basic questions and has called you, it doesn't seem like he even knows where you live?
You gave him your phone number, right? You called him too?
Just tell him you're not interested and leave it at that
