With her newest album, ARTPOP, not doing as well as hoped– as we reported earlier in week, it only hit 24 in its first two weeks on the charts, Lady Gaga’s biggest fear may come true again – she could be dropped by her record label… AGAIN!

Back when Lady Gaga’s career was just beginning, she was picked up by mega-producer L.A. Reid. But months later, he dropped the artist.

“Gaga was absolutely devastated after she was dropped from her first record label, Def Jam. Who wouldn’t be,” says Rob Fusari, one of Gaga’s first producers, who is now performing as 8-bit with Cary Nokey.
