she just needs to do the whole song in full voice, if you noticed the beginning through the middle wasnt as good as at the end when she started singing in full voice. that was flawless.

that's because she was LIPSYNCHING at the end It sounded EXACTLY like the record, and the strain in her face etc. was not matching the way she usually is when she belts
I loved her face when she realised she was ****ING the performance and she had to wait like 1 minute to start lipping because the backing track wasn't on. I was suffering with her It's such a shame she can't sing anymore [because she can't don't even try to argue about this issue (for the retards)]. I don't think it's nice to be losing your voice on 50% of your performances.
Her singing on her performances in the UK was so good, but I read that her German performances flopped like the US ones.
they did contests at virgin megastore for the release and some lady was walking out of the store with it and the conversation was like:
"Where did you get that?"
"Oh I won it"
"There are contests?"
"Oh they're over now"
"Oh, ****, alright"
*walking away*
"Do you want to buy it?"
"How much do you want?"
"50"
"ok!"
it's cardboard it's not a regular poster it's like one of those large cardboard things...it's not just pasted on there it's like MADE of thick cardboard
It was supposed to be a continuation to her comeback album that everybody had fallen in love with 3 years ago, unfortunately, the results came out as a bad attempt to use an out-dated formula. - Mazen, ATRL.
It is in the same vein [as "The Emancipation of Mimi"], but much less good. - The New York Times
E=MC2 is a little better--the songwriting is more consistent, the feel a bit more natural--but it too lacks a ruling temperament or artistic vision. - Los Angeles Times
Nearly every song confines Carey to four-note verses, offering little room for her glorious range, and the six ballads are drenched in yearbook-quote lyrics that never quite work themselves into the froth of "The Emancipation of Mimi." - Rolling Stone
Carey's made a pop album with equal parts levity and gravity. - Billboard
She is on fine vocal form throughout E=MC2, whether belting out massive ballads ('Thanx 4 Nothin') or layering her voice into a swooning bank of a hundred Mariahs ('I'll Be Lovin' U Long Time'). - The Guardian
The production is glossed to within an inch of its life, the mood is cheerfully upbeat--or 'festive' as Carey might put it herself--and the entire confection rings out with bold, sassy, brutally executed intent. - Observer Music Monthly
The result is a largely enjoyable mix of flirtatious club jams, midtempo love songs, and emotional ballads anchored by hip hop beats that hansomely showcase the singer's powerful vocal range. - Entertainment Weekly
