Caring, not afraid to express himself, funny, deep and intelligent (not necessarily book smart wise; could care less for facts). Someone I can hold a deep and meaningful conversation with, and someone I know who will place be #1 on their list at all times.
I'd prefer someone who's an extrovert though..sort of as a counter attack to my introvertism. Chatterboxes irritate me though so I don't want anyone that has over-the-top social needs.
