We hope Harry Styles’ taste in men is just as fine as his taste in art—the fair-bummed One Direction frontman reportedly just spent $33,000 on homosexually frustrated fine art!
E! confirms the 20 pieces of “provocative and sexual” artwork are original works by Hayden Kays, a British artist who “hand-typed and produced” each piece on a typewriter. Styles allegedly snatched up a handful of Kays’ pieces during their inclusion in the “Hot 100″ exhibit at Cob Gallery in London, after which Kays announced he would no longer be making “typewriter pieces”:
Each of the artworks cost 1,000 pounds or about $1,400 to $1,500. The artworks show a level of sentiment and love and affection. They are social commentary and involve mind games. They have a theme of love and sex.
