I think that whatever video Gaga does is just a video. It wont be promoted as an official single. Whether it's Gypsy or GUY. I think the next thing she puts out for actual promotional usage will be from ACT II. Book me!

That twitter is someone from her team. Probably someone in the Haus that she works closely with. Because there's no way they'd be able to know some of the things without being connected in some way.

I'll be really surprised if we get Act II this year (if we even get it all because it hasn't been 100% confirmed). I would think she'd wait to release a "first" single in 2015, around the time she goes to space. Besides, we're supposed to get C2C this year and she's touring, so I don't see how she would have the time to release two albums at once and tour and promote.
