I understand what you are saying but I'm not sure of the answer. I guess you would have to find out the population of each species and how much each of those species weigh, then you would be able to figure it out.

I guess it all lies within the population size x average weight of the given animal. Of course, finding the mass or weight of an entire genus is almost impossible. But, you can probably determine the ballpark figure for an individual animal.
