She's going into the tired dance pop trend that's already fading. It's cheesy. Her old style would be a far better fit in today's music landscape. Hard Out here is still classic Lily lyrically though.

Lily has said she is tired of her stereotype. She is changing it up and it's great. It's just different. She's been from the scene for so long, that the public won't even recognise.

To me it just seems like she's taking a few steps back, but whatever. A new Lily album is a new Lily album!
