When people claim they have an encounter or are abucted, it's only sleep paralysis. Some born-again Christians also believe they're seeing God or even Satan while they're unable to move in their sleep or being held down by God or Satan, but guess what?
Sleep paralysis. You sense that presence in the room, while you're stuck there... it's not an alien and it's not a biblical figure, you're just insane and confused.
Sorry I've been wanting to rant about that for weeks.
