We don't allow a thread like this for all news about an upcoming album.
We do allow album threads, but in order to make on you need to know two things: the album title and approximate/actual release date. By approximate release date, I mean 'April 2014' not 'sometime or fall 2014'.
If any news comes up, like producers they are working with, then an individual thread can be made. Any grouped discussion should be done in their fan base.
