Hoot is perfect, so it has at least 1.
Girls & Peace is 7.
I Got a Boy's title track is their best song ever though, so that's clearly a whole song. Dancing Queen is pop perfection, Lost in Love is flawless and ExpressT 999 is I Got a Boy's cute little brother feg, so that's clearly good.

Mess though.
Hoot only sounds good here:
IGAB is far from their best song. It sits just outside of their top ten: The Great Escape>Flower Power>Youaholic>Mr Taxi>Genie (Japanese Version) >Let It Rain > Beautiful Stranger > Gossip Girls> Paparazzi > Animal > IGAB.
And all the songs you listed are plain bad. I've been hospitalised with alcohol poisoning, had my stomach pumped and even that is better than Dancing Queen and Lost In Love. Express 666 has an okay bridge though.

This is the main problem with SNSD, they suit a certain style of music and performances but SM insist on degrading them, firing them in 2NE1 circa 2009 clothing and making them sing along to badly produced, European-bubblegum pop or well produced but nonetheless lyrically degrading pop music which was arranged by the deaf.
