So, just because I am not a murderer I cannot criticize a murderer? Just because I am not a thief I cannot criticize a thief for his actions? I agree that we shouldn't judge others, but what she said don't mean anything to be honest. We all have different beliefs and not everybody has to be okay with the LGBTT community. I'm not saying it's OKAY to be homophobic, but everybody's entitled to their own opinion as long as they do it with respect.
Depends what the critic focuses on. They would still have a right to evaluate the overall theme and message behind the paper based on human ideals that transcend all races and languages, but they should not critique the nuances and technical aspects they have no knowledge of themselves.
The question is how this can be applied to Gaga's situation.
