Sis, if you pay attention to the writing on those stories you'll notice they're obviously written by a story teller, by someone looking to get a rise out of people, than by someone who actually experienced the stuff as they were detailed. Also, it was posted in r/nosleep, a subreddit pretty much designed for people to make up scary stories.

I wouldn't worry about it.
