none, if I dislike an artist it's because I don't like something about them, their fans being annoying is another thing

My terrible wording, sorry. By taking it out on the artist, I meant not listening to them.

pretty much, I see it as a petty cop out to try and drag an artist for whatever personal issues you have against them

One direction and bieber, their music is already bad, but their twitter fans make it worse.

Yeah, no. See, that's what makes absolutely no sense to me. I'm not internalizing someone else's behavior and missing out on music that I would otherwise like and enjoy because of something some overzealous ass clown fan of theirs said or did online (or elsewhere) that I didn't like.

Now, just independently disliking music/a person because of the music/individual is one thing, but I'm not staging some ridiculous personal boycott against a person/their music because of people they don't know and have no control over. It's really not that deep.

I never let the attitude of other stan bases affect the way I think about an artists.

Miley Cyrus. I've never talked with one that doesn't call me names or insult Selena Gomez to get on my nerves.

I get disliking a fan base but why should you hate the artist because of the stans? That doesn't make any sense. Artists aren't their fans okay you might not like their music that's a reason to dislike them not because you find the fans annoying.

For a while I really didn't like Gaga because the little monsters used to attack me on twitter. Once we finally started getting along after Roar/Applause came out I actually have come to like her a lot more.

More recently it bugs me that the hive (just a few, not all) seem to basically push away every other artist's achievements and say Bey's better at everything; sales, performing, etc. Then I just have to remember the artist she is and it gets better.
