I am a firm believer that streaming >>>>>. And billboard made the right decision to not count the puppy Budweiser ad as much as I loved it and hoped LHG would hit #2.

For one, I don't use iTunes. I support my favorite songs by overplaying them on spotify. For example I probably listened to DH about 200 times this week. That counts for about 2 downloads so that's fair.

It's a fair gauge of popularity and beyonce certainly deserves that #2.
