think twice now. DH is pushed by radio. STREAMINGS are way more legit than RADIO AIRPLAYS since people choose to stream a song or not (people are clearly interested in DrIL accept it) while Radios are sometimes paid and play whatever they want.

It's also funny that people want sales to be the only factor. Especially when there's more people NOT buying music in general, using spotify, youtube, or any other form of streaming to listn to a song, let alone pirating an album/song. Hence the slow death of album sales (which thankfully, Beyoncé didn't suffer from). Of course, sales + streaming is a good way to figure a songs chart performance, it's the future tbh, any other excuse otherwise is just a bitter fail.

you do know that DH is above DIL in on-streaming right? not to mention double the sales.. DH is not only pushed by radio but also on almost all factors since it has a 46% lead over DIL. not hating, i just want to state facts.

Katy is strong on streaming as well tho. She's #1 on Spotify and her YouTube views for the audio only are extremely high as well. Streaming is a good indicator of popularity (probably one of the strongest as it gauges what people are seeking out as opposed to just airplay that the public doesn't control and can be swayed by radio deals/payola etc.). I don't see why people take such an issue with it being a part of the chart formula; it's one of the biggest (if not THE biggest) ways people listen to their music these days.

DIL has been in the top 3 on streams since it was released last December, so it's not like it randomly got pushed to #1 on Streaming Songs. It's been a streaming hit since day 1.

So how come all the people that performed at the Grammys are not in the top 10 on HDS? And how come it was top 3 on streaming since the release? And #1 last week?
A radio hit is a song that has 80M AI without being played on pop. That's a radio hit, top 3 in both radio genres that support it : #1 on Urban and #3 on Rythmic.
