I'm not a fan of Gaga yet but I might be by her next album. I'll definitely pay attention to whatever she does next and I won't have any antagonism that was probably clouding my judgment before. Thanks for being so responsive and intelligent guys! Can't forget, it's about the music and what it does for you first and foremost, charts only matter if they help make more music possible.

The question of what happens next is what this thread has been circling for weeks. Gaga isn't promoting, and she said in her Harpers interview that came out today she's been incredibly depressed since late last year and basically was unable to fight to do anything anymore. Right now we should be moved onto the third single knowing Gaga's usual work ethic but we don't even know what that third single is yet (assuming there is one) because of everything going on with her.
With me, it's not just about the music too, but the imagery she presents with it, namely the MV and the one-off promo performances on TV and at award shows - they make or break the era and thanks to having none everyone has jumped to call this era done. It may well be, but for now Gaga still has endless possibilities... though you wouldn't know it with stans like us
