this isn't even debatable. it deserves the position it receives. the hot 100 is based on POPULARITY not on quality or something else. the only thing that's debatable is the way in which billboard compiles their lists
This is basically "Are you pressed about DIL being at No. 2: YES or NO".
DIL's streaming is clearly because people are interested in it. The video is the simplest one on her new album with 1 location, 1 costume, 1 other person, etc. It's not a viral video nor controversial. Any streaming it gets is deserved proof of people's interest in the song itself.
At least try not to sound delusional and embarrass yourself.
