It can make you dependent, but you can't become addicted. You don't experience withdrawals from not smoking weed. Most people can quit whenever they want to, unless they have a dependent personality.

I don't know what to believe about Bieber anymore. Sometimes it feels like the media is just out to get him but he does some really stupid things a lot of the times which makes this believable. He seems so passionate about music so I actually believed him when he said he wouldn't be dumb enough to mess up what he has. If he doesn't stop soon he's going to be the next Vanilla Ice!
