Photo from the day before (day 3). no trace of HK, and I don't think she would get a tatoo in the middle of a tour, over another tatoo and not doing it properly to cover that previous tatoo.
I think it was either a sticker or a transfer than she can easily remove. She said she got a few HK items from fans, maybe she used a sticker/transfer she was given for the first part of the concert and she removed it later. All in all, I don't think she got a real tatoo there.
