Those instrumentals make for great background music while I'm surfing the net but I need a break from the album.

Funny how they say Bey can't get a hit yet she's the one always shaking pop culture. Look at how everyone on instagram "Woke up like this" or how 80 yr old grannys are singing about "Serfboardt" on vine or "I'm a grown woman" and so on, yet mega hits like Roar for instance have come and gone and what are people saying about it? Regardless of sales, Bey always has a way of etching her name in pop culture.

They sound close enough.

Guys, I think Superpower is my new fave. It took me so long to realise how perfect it is: The understated production, her restrained vocal runs, the harmonies, THAT vid with the DC revolution reunion.


This album just keeps finding new ways to slay me.

I've always stanned for "No Angel" but my stanning went next level when I was playing it at work and my colleague, who can barely name 5 Beyonce songs (he's into a lot of heavy Rock), overheard me playing it and asked where he could buy it from iTunes. Next thing I know, he showed me his phone and he bought the whole album.

"No Angel" slaying the others & breaking the mold and convincing people to buy the album

The entire album is just FANTASTIC...so hard to choose a fav,being that each song has its uniqueness. That being said...Jealous gets to me always...I keep wanting to repeat it!!!
