Circus by Britney is pretty good! My personal faves are ITZ and Blackout but you already know about those.

Bionic has a bad reputation around here, but it has some good bops, some great ballads and fab experimental electronica songs on the deluxe edition.

Lana's albums are great but idek if they're new to you or not

As Teenage Dream has already been suggested, buy KIller Love by Nicole Scherzinger and Warrior by Ke$ha. They're both awesome albums that underperformed and deserved much more recognition than they received.
