Russia is the new country to hate thanks to American media and government. There will be so many more news articles about things like this, until something major happens where we just have to go to war with Russia.
This happens in America, too. It's sad, really. I hate to see animals being harmed. But why is this news worthy? We need to worry about the animals in America being killed and homeless. Even PETA kills their animals.
Gurl you don't know how it is living with stray dogs, I can't even go out w/o fear when I visit my home country (not russia). And bringing them to a shelter would be way too much work and there are millions of em + most of them have diseases.
