I'm certainly not very picky, but there's about 5% of the girls arent "****able" for me (at around my age), translated I would say, that those girls dont transmit almost any excitement at all in terms of physical atraction to me. I need to feel some kind of minimum physical atraction when Im around that person or I will get easily "turned off" independently of whatever happens

It would only be possible if she had an amazing personality to compensate, but would be already easily rejected at the beguining

Im usually really shy and If dont feel any nervosism/awkwardness and too "normal" when aproaching or talking with a girl I dont know or barely know / Im knowing, she is a part of that 5%

I think girls usually have higher standards / are more picky comparing with guys, and guys reject less, and girls are more likely to end up choosing "the one"

This is such a tough question.

I'd have to say looks. I can honestly be really shallow about this, but I don't care, it always comes down to looks for me. Confidence and swagger or a great sense of humor are great to have and can amplify the attractiveness you have of that person so much, but point blank, if they're just plain ugly to me or obese I'm not going anywhere near them regardless of what their personality is like.

You can be the hottest person in the world & if you don't have a good personality OR an amazing sense of humor... I don't give a ****. NexT.

Then again, if you aren't overly attractive, but have an amazing personality & a wonderful sense of humor, then that can make someone infinitely more attractive.

I'd rather have a guy with decent looks who can make me cry of laughter, have intelligent conversations with me, & always make me excited to be with him. If you're just a 10 but you're missing some of that, we have less of a chance of working out. Seriously.
