Yeah I knew I had seen these before. Her face is just very unique, IMO. I've never found her to be all that pretty, but something about her is just very striking.
I don't think the drugs have had much of an effect on her appearance, she just rarely makes an effort to dress up and look good these days. It's part of her image now.
but yeah she's beautiful.
