A friend of mine went to India and was assaulted twice, one of the men was a guru in a hindu temple that she said looked like 100 years old

OMG, it's so bizarre to me how a culture famous for it's spiritual insight and wisdom could also behave in this fashion.

I mean a ****ing guru, and in the temple?

Yes she said while she was walking to this temple, a man was following her with a camera and filming her, while looking around to see if there was someone approaching... she started walking fast and entered the temple, thinking it was safe. The guru asked her to go to a secluded area and she went thinking there was a better echo there, and once there he touched her breast. She screamed and asked for the temple guard to help her, and the temple guard and the guru just started laughing

Absolutely awful

This is why I would never want to go to India for tourism purpose. I have heard several unpleasant stories about this country
