I don't remember ever hearing any Ashlee singles on any radio stations during her last album.
Single success doesn't mean crap. Ashlee's fans will get her 150,000-200,000 in sales easy.

Okay, so everyone will now just release albums. No more need for singles I guess.
You're wrong.
Autobiography had "Pieces of Me" and the promo,
I Am Me had the promo / downloads for all "Boyfriend", "LOVE", and "Invisible", even though it didn't really support the album. Anyways singles isn't all about radio, Peter. "Boyfriend" and "LOVE" were moderate hits on radio, but were huge on iTunes. Because fans were buying the singles in support.
So seeing "Outta My Head" and "Little Miss Obsessive" bomb not only on radio, but also in downloads, shows that she's not getting support. You don't understand it. You're completely ignoring the fact that she's flopping on iTunes which is the top place to show whether you're gonna be successful, and there are many examples to show.
