Just got another render. I think the pillars will go up and down. Maybe she will stand on them, I don't know. But i doubt it will be this big because it has to fit in arenas as well so its probably not to scale.

Way too big
-it doesnt fit in most of the venues
-if she has to keep running from side to side shes going to be out of breath.
-if they decide to use the main stage only. Because the venue is too small, they have to make new choreos cause the dancers have less space

EDIT:

- Breaking down and setting up this stage every night will take a lot of time and people, people means more money. Record labels dont like spending money.
- transvering the pieces of the stage will require a lot of trucks and planes.
