Get prepared for this to possibly be closed. Mods don't really like open discussions about them, mostly because they can cause members to go cray and start ranting and dragging them.

Doc can always act like a moderator and a regular poster. They are very nice and less shady than the others. When they don't like something, they don't express it blatantly so they portray a good example of how a member should be.
